Footy Preds

What we collect

Footy Preds doesn't require an account, login, or any personal information to use the site -- there's nothing to sign up for. We don't run analytics or advertising trackers.

Like virtually any website, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) automatically logs basic technical information as part of standard web infrastructure and security -- things like IP address, browser type, and request timestamps. This is standard server-level logging, not something Footy Preds itself collects, stores, or has direct access to beyond what Cloudflare's own service provides.

Cookies

Footy Preds does not currently set any cookies of its own. If this changes in future (for example, if we add analytics or if affiliate tracking requires cookies once we join bookmaker affiliate programmes), this policy will be updated accordingly, and a cookie consent mechanism will be added at that time if required.

Third-party and affiliate links

Some links on this site -- particularly bookmaker odds and "Best Odds"/"Best Picks" links -- lead to third-party bookmaker websites. Some of these may be affiliate links, meaning Footy Preds may earn a commission if you register with a bookmaker through them, at no additional cost to you.

Once you click through to a third-party site, that site's own privacy policy applies -- Footy Preds has no control over, and no access to, what data those third parties collect. We'd encourage checking the privacy policy of any bookmaker site before registering.

Data we don't have

We don't know who you are, we can't see your betting activity on any bookmaker's site, and we don't sell or share any data, because we don't collect any to begin with beyond the standard hosting-level logging described above.

Changes to this policy

If Footy Preds' data practices change (for example, adding analytics or a mailing list), this page will be updated to reflect that, with the "last updated" date above revised accordingly.
